The JEOL JEM-ARM300CF is a high-performance TEM with a cold-field emittion gun(CFEG) type and two spherical aberration correctors(condensor/objective lens). This Equipment can precisely observe the microstructure of materials down to sub-nm scale for analysis at the atomic level in materials science and nanotechnology. At the same time as observing the microscope image, you can analyze the chemical composition by using the Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) and Electron energy-loss spectroscopy(EELS).
